How is the course structured?
The 6-week course is delivered via the House of Self online learning academy. Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be able to login and work through the course at your own pace. We recommend setting aside 45 minutes a week.
For each module, you’ll be presented with two or three video-style lessons where we will provide guidance and insight on the topic we are addressing that week alongside actionable tools and practices. At the end of each lesson you will be given a ‘self-work’ assignment for you to complete before the next week’s module.
