A different kind of therapy collective

At House of Self, we’re building something a little different. A space where therapists feel respected, well-supported, and free to do their best work, without the burnout or bureaucracy.

We’re always looking to partner with qualified, accredited therapists who share our values: relational depth, integrity, inclusion, and care. Whether you’re looking to fill a few client hours or grow a full private practice with us, we want to hear from you.

Why House of Self?

We know that many therapists are overworked, under-supported, and left to navigate the private practice world alone. House of Self was created to change that.

We offer:

Client referrals that fit — no algorithmic roulette. We speak to every client and match based on therapeutic approach, personality, and capacity.
Creative and strategic support — from content to caseload-building, we’re here to help you grow.
A neurodivergent- and trauma-aware ethos — rooted in lived experience and reflective practice.
Ongoing consulting and mentoring — for therapists who want to expand or refine their private practice.

We don’t just want to plug you into a directory. We want to collaborate.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Are a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, or psychologist with registration or accreditation from a recognised UK professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, HCPC, NCPS)
Have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (exceptions considered for exceptional cases)
Work relationally, integratively, or with a specialist modality
Are aligned with trauma-informed, anti-oppressive practice
Have your own professional indemnity insurance and are in regular supervision and personal therapy

How it works

You choose your hours, your fee structure, and your boundaries. We refer clients to you, and once the relationship is established, they’re yours to work with directly.
We’ll feature you in internal matching (we don’t list public profiles) and provide context and handover for each referral.
You’re invited into our reflective network of therapists, with opportunities for case discussion, community, and development.
We charge a flat fee per successful client referral (details discussed on call).

Our team includes creatives, strategists, and community builders. We support therapists who want to:

Launch a personal brand or niche
Develop offerings beyond 1:1 work
Build visibility and attract aligned clients
Stay rooted in ethical, sustainable practice as they grow

If you’re curious, get in touch. We welcome applications from therapists from all backgrounds and especially encourage expressions of interest from therapists who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, global majority, and/or underrepresented in the therapy world.
